Matt Blatt Tire & Auto is looking for a Service Writer to join our team in Glassboro, NJ. If you are available to work weekends, would like to hear from you! Training available. No previous experience required.

Responsibilities include:

• Schedule Appointments
• Greet Customers In Polite and Friendly Manner
• Communicate with Customer to Determine the Nature of Problem
• Advise Customer on Car Care
• Write up Customers Vehicle Problems Accurately and Clearly on the Repair Order
• Communicate the Dispatching of Repair Orders to the Technician
• Provide a Complete and Accurate Written Cost Estimate for Labor & Parts and Establish a Promised Time
